For healthy muscle and fitness, exercising needs to be a vital part of your lifestyle. In protecting your lean muscle tissue, it is the only effective way longer term to stay in shape and manage your weight.

There is huge merit in adding exercise into your daily routine. Doing at least 3 times a week of at least 30 minutes of planned activity is the recommended minimum of most healthy authorities. two ladies at the gym

For some people, taking part in some regular sports or fitness once or twice a week is all that is needed to keep your body fit and supple and your heart and lungs in a healthy state as well as to stoke the calorie-burning metabolic process.

Exercise also gives you a positive feeling and enhances your mood, which is always helpful when you are trying to lose weight - avoiding those comfort treats that ruin a good lean eating day!

iTRAIN is a fantastic way to enjoy your exercise workout!

I found iTrain by chance, and it's really helped me stay motivated whilst exercising. I use these workout audios on my mp3 player while I'm on my cross-trainer at home or out cycling. I love how it gets you geared up, helps you stick to an effective pace and keeps you working out for longer.

iTrain provides workout programs for people of all skill and fitness levels. You simply download workouts in MP3 format and transfer your workout to any portable MP3 player, such as an iPod or Musicmatch Jukebox, a computer or a CD. I love it!

Endorsed by celebs like Courtney Cox, Sarah Silverman and Olympic Gold medalist Natalie Coughlin. Pretty good company, eh?!

However, I have found some folk go a little too far in trying to reshape their body image and build abs to die for. In fact, there's plenty of research to be found on over training and what happens, hormonally speaking, when you train too much.

So I was keen to find out for sure what's a good balance so I could advise my clients accordingly about optimizing muscle fitness.

Lose the Fat and Keep the Muscle!

I thoroughly recommend Fitness-eBooks.com for great guides on many aspects of muscle and fitness for a great range of information on muscle and fitness.

There is plenty for everyone on this site. I learned loads about how to combine nutrition and exercise to get your metabolism really fired up for burning fat. You'll find some truly groundbreaking new training techniques for building muscle and strength training that I haven't seen elsewhere.

One of my most favourite e-books is Metabolic Surge, It really fits in with some of the principles I am trying to get across on my website here. You get an insider view into how the body works - or rather how to get it to work in the way you want

- which is what? Oh yeah - TO BURN OFF THAT EXCESS FAT!!!

but not at the expense of your lovely muscle, which is what burns calories longer term and avoids the yo-yo 'lose-gain' of many TOO-low calorie diets.

If you want to lose fat permanently while maintaining your muscle, and you want to do it naturally—without drugs, pills, gimmicks, or fad diets— then you should definitely consider getting Tom Venuto's Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle

It's published by a small health and fitness company from New Jersey (Burn The Fat Enterprises) and is a full length e-book. It outlines in no uncertain terms and easy to follow principles how to lose body fat using the little known methods of natural bodybuilders and fitness models.

It's a mountain of nutritional secrets that most people haven't a clue about.

Want to Build Perfect Abs?

Then you'll find these three really useful ebook guides in my Members' Area (link to subscribe at the bottom of this page). It's an absolute must-have ... superb advice from a man who has really been there, done that and helped thousands of others do the same.

Well, those are my top resources for reading up on muscle and fitness, but what do you do once you KNOW all these terrific principles and secrets?

But wait ...

Do you want to know how you can put this into action with a real fitness and body sculpting program?
The Official Fitness Model Program WELL, don't judge the 'book' by its cover (excuse the pun, this isn't a book!!!) ... this is a top exercise program that is fun and magical - it's not for the faint hearted, but it will really shape you up and get your metabolism fired up for burning off that excess flab.

To your success!
